Activating Javascript
This page describes how to activate Javascript in Internet Explorer.  The procedure is similar for other browsers.

 

Internet Explorer

Figures shown are for Internet Explorer version 6. 
 
- Internet Explorer:Menu
- Tools -> Internet Options
- Choose Security tab
- Click on Internet (globe)
- Click button marked "Custom Level..."

 

 

 

 Enabling Javascript

 

The "Security Settings" window will open.

Scroll down about three quarters of the window until you find the heading "Scripting".

The first subheading is "Active Scripting".  Ensure that the button marked "Enable" is selected as shown on the right.

Click the OK buttons until the "Security Settings" window is closed.

  Click the "Reload" (Refresh) button in the toolbar of Internet Explorer.
